The Surveys in Combinatorics volume, containing surveys written by the invited speakers at the BCC, was published by Cambridge University Press to coincide with the conference. Friday Updates

Taxis

If you have ordered a taxi but want to share, please find a partner using the taxi sign-up list on the Registration Desk and inform us that you are planning to share.

All taxis will pick up from Founder’s Main Reception (the middle of the three doors facing the Windsor Building).

The Windsor Building will close at 17:00 on Friday. Make sure you have collected your luggage before then!

Thursday Updates

Friday departures

  • Check out time is 10:00 on Friday. Please hand your keys to the Registration Desk in the Windsor Building.
  • Luggage can be left in WIN0-05 on Friday.
  • A minibus shuttle from the Windsor Building to Egham Station will run 15:00-17:00.

Taxi sign-up sheets

The Conference Dinner

will start at 19:30, in Founder’s Dining Room. After dinner, there will be jazz in Crosslands (with a pay bar) until late.

Wednesday Updates

Changes to the programme

W.H. Sharif’s talk at 11:00 (Wednesday) in WIN0-04 is cancelled. Instead, W.J. Martin will talk on ‘The Q-ideal of the Fano plane’.

Wednesday afternoon

For those signed up for the conference trip to Windsor, please meet at 13:30 (prompt) in front of the Windsor Building.

For those not signed up to the trip, we are organising a walk to Windsor (returning by bus/taxi). Meet at 13:35 in front of the Windsor Building, wearing suitable shoes and clothing. The weather forecast is for light cloud, 19-20 degrees, at the time of posting.

Tuesday Updates

Breakfasts

On Thursday and Friday, breakfast will be served from 07:30. If you need an earlier breakfast from 07:00, please inform the Registration Desk and we can make special arrangements for you.

Tuesday Evening

  • Crosslands Bar (a pay bar below Founder’s Dining Room) will be open 19:00 to 20:30.
  • The evening concert will start at 20:30 in the College Chapel. (In the arch at the front of Founder’s Building.)

Windsor Trip

We are organising a walk to Windsor (returning by bus/taxi) on Wednesday, for those not signed up to the conference trip. The walk will be approximately 8 miles long, and will take about 3 hours. More details to follow.

Please tell the Registration Desk by 12:00 today (Tuesday) if you are signed up for the Wednesday trip to Windsor, but do not plan on going. (So we can buy the correct number of tickets for Windsor Castle.)

Programme updates

  • Ö.Y. Diner‘s talk at 11:25 in WIN1-02  is cancelled.
  • E. Abajo and R.M. Casablanca‘s talks in WIN0-04 (at 11:25 and 11:50) are swapped, so that R.M. Casablanca speaks first.

Monday updates

All meals (including breakfast) will be in Founder’s Dining Room. Your badge will admit you for breakfast and lunch.

Registration and all talks will be in the Windsor Building. Registration starts at 08:30, the conference opens at 09:15, and the first academic talk will be at 09:30.

The Conference Reception will be in the Picture Gallery (in Founder’s Building), from 17:30. We will walk there from the Windsor Building after the last talk ends.

Sunday updates

The Registration Desk will be open in the Windsor Building from 14:30-19:00 today.

The evening meal today will be served in Founder’s Dining Hall 18:00-19:30. (Note the venue change.)

Room keys can be obtained from The Hub Reception once you have registered. If you arrive after 19:00, please go directly to The Hub Reception to pick up your keys.
